It is because you are on iPad. Apple is a bunch of (Insert bad word) and don't allow downloading stuff not on the app store! You could sideload stuff but not this game. If you want to play it your best chance is Mac, Android, or windows :)

you put the background color block thing deeper into the ground and it gets darker, and if you put it higher it gets lighter. hope this helped
